About Jan Theuer
I work with organisations that are in the middle of change – often with multiple initiatives happening at once, competing priorities and a lot of moving parts. My role is to bring structure, clarity and momentum back into the portfolio.
I combine program & portfolio leadership with practical change management. That means I’m as comfortable discussing governance and funding with senior stakeholders as I am working with teams on the ground to help them understand what’s changing and why. The focus is always the same: making sure transformation is not just designed, but actually delivered.
